Coming from an Infrastructure background and because of the nature of my job I am dealing a lot with different IT support companies in Auckland an New Zealand and I know how hard it can be to find that right IT support company that fits into the business model and the company culture.
I sometime do struggle with companies that do not have the right technical knowhow, are slow to respond to requests or cannot quickly implement solutions to already resolved issues.
However Origin IT is not like this at all.
All the staff members I met during the projects were really helpful and generally good guys. They know where their expertise lies and are not afraid to tell you if they don’t know something about a specific area.

Yesterday he patiently dealt with four queries with me over the phone which took approx 1 hour and 40 mins.

May I commend his patience in also having to be interrupted while I dealt with frontline visitors, incoming calls and various other interruptions that needed to be prioritised.
