Coming from an Infrastructure background and because of the nature of my job I am dealing a lot with different IT support companies in Auckland an New Zealand and I know how hard it can be to find that right IT support company that fits into the business model and the company culture.
I sometime do struggle with companies that do not have the right technical knowhow, are slow to respond to requests or cannot quickly implement solutions to already resolved issues.
However Origin IT is not like this at all.
