 Occasionally you will need to print out a document with all the Mark up changes showing.
To do this you just need to
Go to the review Tab
Click on Track changes
Click on the drop down list and choose - Final: Show markup
Then go to
File
Print
In the setting menu click on the drop down menu with 'Print all Pages'
Select 'Print Markup'
The document will now print showing all the changes you have made
