HELPDESK SUPPORT ROLE – LEVEL 1 ANALYST


This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to progress their career in the area of Managed Services and further expand their IT knowledge and gain more hands on experience.

YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING COMPETENCIES

  • Strong communication

  • A qualification in computing and previous experience in a call centre/ISP/ or similar environment.

  • Ability to establish Good rapport with Customers

  • Excellent time management

  • Ability to follow through and be accountable

  • Flexibility to work in a changing environment & industry

  • Good understanding of company procedures & policies

  • Professional, clean & tidy dress standard expected

  • Enthusiastic/team player

  • Good attention to detail & paperwork

  • Loads of initiative

  • Clean driver’s license

Level 1 tasks you will be required to do:-

-New user setups
-Email administration
-Reset Terminal Server sessions
-Archiving and deleting users
-Clearing print queues
-Adding printers
-PC Rebuilds/New Builds
-Setting up distribution groups
-Contacting 3rd party vendors
-Basic VPN troubleshooting
- General Helpdesk tasks based upon capabilities.

Hours:- 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday through Friday
